Quotes from controversial discussion: Dear Bro. የተዋህዶ ልጅ James was one of Jesus’ younger brother, not to be confused with James the #less Mary is the mother of James the #less and of Joses, Not the mother of Jesus brothers and James. The Lord Jesus brothers are James, Joses, Simon, and Judas: Jesus plainly had many brothers and sisters; the Orthodox and Roman Catholic idea of the never ending or changing virginity of Mary is a bizarre, Even the bible confirmed Joseph took as his wife, and kept her a virgin only until she gave birth to her firstborn Son never ending virginity is in contradiction to the plain meaning of the scripture. Your adopted the idea from Roman Catholic try to make argument will hinder the Spirit of truth, to guide you into all truth. The notion “two of those who are called brothers of Jesus, namely James and Joseph (Mt 13:56-57), are later identified as sons of another woman (Mt 27:56” is wrong, the bible doesn’t mixes those two James’s, The mother of James (called “the less, He is identified as James the less ” Mark 15:40) and Joses 15:40 There were also women looking on afar off: among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of #James #the #less and of Joses, and Salome; it’s funny you all try to do something to the two brothers of Jesus James, Joses by squeezing to the other Mery what happened there is no more room for the other two Jesus brothers Simon, and Judas to give them as adaptation to the other Mary?

By the way Jude, or Judas, was one of the Lord Jesus’ younger brothers, of course not to be confused with Judas Iscariot who betrayed His Lord Jesus. Jude identifies himself in his salutation in Jude 1 and 2, by saying,

(Jude 1:1 JUDE, A servant of Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and brother of James, [writes this letter] to those who are called (chosen), dearly loved by God the Father and separated (set apart) and kept for Jesus Christ:May mercy, [soul] peace, and love be multiplied to you.

l It clearly states the author under the Greek name, Ioudas, or Judas. We find another reference again in Matt. 13:55, 56 where we read of the people of Nazareth had questions about Jesus,
55. “Is this man not the builder’s (carpenter’s; craftsman’s) son? Is not his mother the one normally being called Mary (or: Miriam) – and his brothers Jacob (James), Joseph, Simon and Judah (or: Judas)?

56. “And are not his sisters with us? From where, then, [come] all these things to this person?
This is echoed in Mark 6:3, which gives us the same déjà vu from a different gospel writer. From this we establish or indicate that Jesus had four brothers and three sisters. If the Lord Jesus had only two sisters, the writer wording would have been, “And His sisters, are they not #BOTH[used to refer to two people] with us?” But in using the term “all,” it’s implied starched that He had definitely more than two sisters. In other words, Jesus was the first-born son in a fairly large family he can’t be first-born Son to Mary unless he have his youngest brothers and sisters. It’s likely he has eight brothers and sisters. Judas, have been being listed as last, was no doubt He is the youngest brother.

Apostle Paul tells us in Gal. 1:19 that James was “the Lord’s brother,” Now pay your full attention Jude also tells us that he was the “brother of James.” Walla isn’t that make Jude the Lord’s brother as well? although, for other reasons that we will see shortly.

We know that Lord Jesus had flesh brothers, but now we come to learn that Jesus had sisters also. Blessed Mary did not remain a virgin after she gave birth to her firstborn Son Jesus.
P.S.(postscript) The children of God already have full awareness this sophisticated issues of the work of the carnal mind that men had taken over the truth of God and had made God’s written spiritual words of none effect by preaching the above kind tactics mentioned and points by you. For Orthodox and Roman Catholic theological religions in order to justify their doctrines it is very important for hem all this manipulating the meanings since they elevate Mary to such a high degree that she seems almost like a goddess and receives titles such as co፟mediatrix, q፟ueen of heaven, m፟other of the church,etc..Thy trespass the lords commandment “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Exod 20:3-4”
(1John 5:21 [AMP])Little children, keep yourselves from idols (false image of God )—[from anything and everything that would occupy the place in your heart due to God, from any sort of substitute for Him that would take first place in your life]. Amen (so let it be).

We all know the four Marian Dogmas Mother of God, Perpetual Virginity, that Mary remained a virgin her whole life, Immaculate Conception, Assumption, Mary was taken bodily into heaven, etc…They had taken the truths of pure Gold truth without hesitation twisted them into iron-clad variety of chain shackles of death and it results to darken the light of spiritual life. Rom 8:6 For the carnal mind can only produces death not life and peace like the spiritually mind. From what we see today, all Christendom religion advocators is still bowing obediently to all kinds of erroneous doctrines of man and ideas of old dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan deceiver and an antichrist carnal mind. The virginity of Mary is clearly taught in scripture when describing the birth of Lord Jesus. But you will never find this so-called her continued virginity supported by the Bible The Bible does say
• Matthew 1:24-25, “And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took as his wife, and kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.”
• Matthew 12:46-47, “While He was still speaking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers were standing outside, seeking to speak to Him. And someone said to Him, “Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside seeking to speak to You.”
• Matthew 13:55, “Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?”
• Mark 6:2-3, “And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue; and the many listeners were astonished, saying, “Where did this man get these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such miracles as these performed by His hands? “Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, and Joses, and Judas, and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?”
• John 2:12, “After this He went down to Capernaum, He and His mother, and His brothers, and His disciples; and there they stayed a few days.”
• Acts 1:14, “These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.”
• 1 Cor. 9:4-5, “Do we not have a right to eat and drink? Do we not have a right to take along a believing wife, even as the rest of the apostles, and the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas?”
• Gal. 1:19, “But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lord’s brother.”
An initial honest reading of these biblical texts do clear up all the controversial issue: Jesus indeed had brothers and sisters. But such obvious scriptures are not without their response before Orthodox the Catholic theologians start confusing the subject long ago. Their core argument against these scriptural texts is stated as follows:
In Greek language, the meaning of the word for brother is adelphos also for the word sister is adelphe. This word is used in the book of the generation in different contexts: of children of the same parents (Matt. 1:2; 14:3), direct descendant of parents (Acts 7:23, 26; Heb. 7:5), descended from a particular ancestor Jews as a whole (Acts 3:17, 22), etc. Therefore, here is where the twist start the term brother and sister can and does refer to the cousins of Lord Jesus.
There is certainly partial merit in this argument; but it’s also partial truth, sense you cannot eliminate the meted different contexts give different meanings to words. Homonyms. Homonyms are words that have the same spelling and pronunciation, but different meanings. It’s tricky when words sound the same but can mean different things. This is where context clues come into play It is not legitimate at all to say just because a word has a wide range scope of meaning, When you play subtil serpent you deliberately transfer any portion of that range of meaning to any other text that uses the word. that is to say, just because the word brother means fellow Jews or cousins in one place of the Bible, that does not mean it has the same identical meaning in another part of the scripter. For that reason consequently each verse should be looked at in context to see what it means taking verses out of context leads to all kinds of errors.
Lets fleetingly examine methodically a couple of Bible verses dealing with the brothers of Lord Jesus.
• Matthew 12:46-47, ” While Jesus was yet speaking to crowds – look, and take note! – His mother and brothers had taken a position and now stood outside, persistently seeking to speak to Him. Now someone said to Him, “Look – Your mother and Your brothers have taken a stand, and continue standing outside, persistently seeking to speak to You”
• Matthew 13:55, “Is this man not the builder’s (carpenter’s; craftsman’s) son? Is not his mother the one normally being called Mary (or: Miriam) – and his brothers Jacob (James), Joseph, Simon and Judah (or: Judas)? In both of the above verses, if the brothers of Lord Jesus are not His brothers but His cousins, then why you left the mom and Dad only who is the one mentioned as mother, and who is the carpenter’s mentioned as father? That is to say, the mother here refers to Mary. The carpenter in Matt. 13:55 refer to Joseph. These are literal truth. Yet, the Orthodox and Catholic theologian turning the truth of our God into lasciviousness, by denying they will then pause there and say, “Even though the phrase carpenter’s son refers to Joseph and mother also refers to Mary, brothers does not mean brothers at all but cousins. This does not seem conforming to the law of truth or to rules of universal confident and forceful statement of fact or belief. You cannot blindly switch contextual meanings the definition of contextual is depending on the context, or surrounding words, phrases, and paragraphs, of the writing. in the middle of a sentence unless it is intentionally to obvious the truth out of it. The context is very clear. This verse is speaking of to a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, virgin Mary, and Jesus’ brothers. The whole context without hesitation is Familial relationship means a relationship through blood, father, mother, and brothers. Bro. Bini. discussion link:
