Question and Answer, Is God TRINITY ? Part 2
Hi dear brother, sorry i am little bit busy, let us close this subject as you know their is no end to it, let me try to answer few questions now, i enjoy this discussion but i am writhing about this subject in Amharic you can read it any time you want, No worry i am genuinely growing in the Lord, so i am teachable! All i want to see is truth in love “discussion is an exchange of knowledge, argument is an exchange of ignorance”
1. What does the word Trinity mean to you?
*According theologians the doctrine of the trinity is ‘three in one.’ “God” is composed of THREE PERSONS. Or Godhead as one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit a group of three Gods,
• Triune godhead ? Clearly, God is NOT a trinity or a collection of trinities. The “Godhead” is not a proper translation of any Greek word, it should be translated “Deity” or “Divinity.”
2, Binyam has a father called TA and also has a mother. How many persons did I mention in these sentence?
• It depends on your point of view, two views of life in man, Adam view and Christ view: the frog’s view and the eagle’s view. The frog’s view represent Adams limited view of the spirit realm, To the frog’s view : the universe is limited by the muddy pool in which it lives; the frog never sees beyond the muddy water and the pond, and is thus totally ignorant of the lakes, the rivers, & to the unbounded universe, In contrary the eagle’s view represent divine perspectiv of GOD [Christ] , He can see from the highest heavens to throughout the whole earth ፣ “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth. 2Chr 16/9”
• We can also see God represent his divine act with eagles Exod 19/4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.
• “They Shall Mount Up With Wings of Eagles” Eagles saints! Of course, the way of the eagle in the heavens. (Prov 30:19 [YLT])
2. Who is called God in Acts 5:3-5? And who is called the Lord in Isaiah 6፡8 and Acts 28:25
*Acts 5/3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? The holy spirit is the spirit “of” God which proceedeth[out of], from the Father John 15/26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
* Who is called the Lord in Isaiah 6፡8
OK first of all i see only one throne in hevens, evry vision thy see the Lord sitting upon one throne only, Who is called the Lord and who is sitting on the throne? Yhovah! [Father] not 3 thrones in one. Isaiah says “5,mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord [Hebrew, Yhovah yeh-ho-vaw self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah(ያህዌ)’] of hosts.”
Isa 6/1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
Rev 4 /2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
*But the same vision the same throne in hevens, We can see the Lord Jesus Christ sitting upon it, go to the book of the revelation of Jesus Christ. The old testament Yhovah is the new testament Jesus .
Rev 5/13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
Rev 4 /7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
